VIDEO: Direct Mail Promos From the World Wildlife Fund

My girlfriend recieved a nice direct-mail piece from the World Wildlife Fund over the weekend that I thought would be worth sharing. Along with a donations form, the small package included five colorful high-quality blank greeting cards and two small decorative wallet cards. The cards are really striking, especially for a free item given to encourage donations (as opposed to a reward item given after donating, like an NPR tote or ASPCA calendar).

I’m always intrigued by direct-mail promotions, and I figured some of you would enjoy seeing what a large nonprofit is doing to encourage donations. I’m not sure who supplied these cards to the WWF, but I do know there are plenty of custom card suppliers in the industry where you could get identical items. Warwick Publishing Co. and Soundline Inc. are two card companies off the top of my head, but you could also do a search for “card” on PromoMarketing.com for about a bazillion other options.

Thanks for reading (and watching) everyone, and see you all next week!

Monday Mike Fact: I got my first jury duty notice ever over the weekend. Crazy!
